Principle:

The Hall effect is the production of a voltage difference (the Hall voltage) across an electrical conductor, transverse to an electric current in the conductor and to an applied magnetic field perpendicular to the current. For clarity, the original effect is sometimes called the ordinary Hall effect to distinguish it from other "Hall effects" which have different physical mechanisms.

The Hall level sensor is a sensor that uses Hall effect (Hall switch) of a semiconductor material for liquid level measurement. The Hall device is mounted on the outside of the container, and the permanent magnet is supported on the float. As the liquid level changes, the magnetic induction of the magnetic field acting on the Hall device (Hall switch) changes, so that the liquid level can be measured.
Because the Hall device is outside the liquid and is non-contact sensing, it does not generate sparks during the test and can be measured over long distances. Therefore, it can be used to detect flammable, explosive, corrosive and toxic liquid’s level and inventory in the container. It has a wide range of uses in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and transportation.

 

 

The speed sensor belongs to the Hall sensor and is made by the principle of Hall effect. The Hall effect is used to drive the Hall element to move in the magnetic field to generate Hall electric heat, that is, a sensor that converts the displacement signal into an electrothermal change signal.
The speed sensor is a small enclosed sensor with stable performance, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability and wide temperature range. The principle is that when the magnetic flux passes through the sensing element on the sensor, the Hall potential is amplified and shaped by the Hall chip, and the electrical signal is used for the secondary meter.
Speed sensors are widely used in light industry, chemical, machinery, metallurgy, telecommunications, transportation and computer, such as automotive: crankshaft and camshaft speed / position detection, transmission speed, tachometer, anti-lock system control, industrial: sprocket Tooth speed detection, chain conveyor speed and distance detection, high speed, low cost, proximity switches, speedometers, counters.

 

 

The angle sensor swing lever is interlocked with the accelerator pedal, and when the accelerator pedal is stepped, the magnet in the swing lever is rotated together, thereby changing the relative position between the magnet and the Hall element, thereby changing the magnetic line entering the Hall element. The angle also changes the voltage value of the Hall element output. The voltage value output by the Hall element has a linear relationship with the position of the throttle magnet. By measuring the Hall voltage, the angular displacement of the accelerator pedal can be measured.
The angle sensor adopts high-performance integrated magnetic sensitive component and utilizes magnetic signal to induce non-contact characteristics. It has long life, high reliability, voltage analog output, good linearity, and has outstanding advantages such as high resolution and good temperature stability.
